This pavilion, titled “Our Glacier Perspective,” aims to transform global warming from an abstract concept into something concrete and immediate.

"Sebastian Beeman, head of design at Olafur Eliasson Studio, told Dezeen: ‘This pavilion brings visitors into direct contact with glaciers that are under immediate threat from climate change.’

“There is a wealth of evidence suggesting that direct experience is more effective than reading about it from a distance in convincing us of the reality of climate change.”
