Nathan leads the firm’s overall advisory and pre-construction strategy. With 10 years of experience in the construction field, an architectural background from Harvard GSD, RA licensure, and CPHC certification, he brings strong expertise in feasibility review, project planning, constructability, and early-stage development decision-making.
JENNY YE, CPHC
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN DIRECTOR
Jenny supports zoning, code, and Passive House-related advisory work. With a Cornell M.Arch background, CPHC certification, and local familiarity with Vancouver’s planning and regulatory environment, she helps evaluate site constraints, zoning potential, sustainability strategies, and early compliance pathways.
DAMON HO
BUILDING ENCELOPE & TECHNICAL DETAILING CONSULTANT
Damon provides technical consulting for façade systems, enclosure detailing, and construction coordination. With a Cornell M.Arch background and façade engineering experience, he supports schematic and pre-construction phases through envelope strategy, detail review, constructability input, and material/system coordination.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN DIRECTOR
Chris leads residential design strategy and early design visioning. A Columbia GSAPP graduate with first honors distinction, he specializes in residential architecture, schematic design development, spatial planning, and concept-driven design solutions for private and developer-led projects.
JAY JIANG
Large-Scale Projects & Structural Strategy Consultant
Jay focuses on technically complex and large-scale project evaluation. With a Cornell M.Arch background and experience in data center design and structural strategy, he supports early feasibility studies, large-building planning, infrastructure-driven design considerations, and high-performance project advisory.
