Job Summary
1.25 Inches Studio is seeking a part-time Diagram & Rendering Assistant to support early-stage design proposals, visual representation, and concept development for pre-construction consulting projects in Vancouver. The role will assist with producing diagrams, renderings, presentation graphics, and visual materials that communicate zoning studies, feasibility studies, design ideas, and schematic development concepts.
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, or a related field; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students are preferred.
Strong skills in Rhino are required.
Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to work with visual consistency.
Good communication skills and ability to receive feedback during the design production process..

Responsibilites
Lead real estate consulting and advisory work for early-stage development opportunities.
Evaluate property potential, market conditions, project positioning, and development feasibility.
Assist with preliminary development planning, site strategy, and investment decision-making.
Prepare clear recommendations for property owners, developers, and project stakeholders.
Review zoning, site constraints, ownership goals, and market opportunities in coordination with the design team.
Support conceptual project evaluation during the pre-construction and schematic planning phases.
Advise on project risks, opportunities, financial assumptions, and strategic next steps.
Communicate with clients and internal team members to align project goals, feasibility, and development direction.
Support the preparation of consulting reports, proposal documents, and client presentations.
Help build the studio’s real estate advisory process and strengthen client relationships.
