The Future was then

The SCAD Museum of Art will present “The Future Was Then,” a monumental installation by Daniel Arsham created specifically for the museum’s Pamela Elaine Poetter Gallery as part of deFINE ART 2016. This selection of sculptures and the installation explore the interactive relationship between humans and architecture, drawing particular attention to humanity’s historical and contemporary capacity to create, destroy, and repurpose both man-made and natural materials.
