Anish Kapoor’s imposing ArcelorMittal Orbit, designed in front of the London Olympic Stadium, became world-famous in just a few weeks. From October 13, 2012, to January 27, 2013, his work will also be on display at De Pont, in an exhibition featuring approximately 25 large-scale sculptures and installations from 1992 to 2012.

Shot into the Corner (2009) is one of the highlights of the exhibition; much like Kapoor’s exhibition at the Royal Academy, the 2009 exhibition attracted more than 300,000 visitors in less than three months.
